The Wyoming Supreme Court issued a decision holding the Wyoming Constitution includes a fundamental right to health care, (applying strict scrutiny) and that Abortion is a necessary component of women’s health care and the decision to terminate or continue a pregnancy is a woman’s own health care decision. John Robinson and Marci Crank Bramlet have been advocating for these rights for Wyoming’s women since this case began in 2023.
